Define: A short interview will establish your needs. This results in specific goals and a fixed price for the work.
Measure: Information is collected from the computer/network to baseline the system and establish the systems potential
Analyze: Diagnostics reveal the actions required to achieve the goals
Improve: Configuration/tuning is performed, achieving the goals
Control: Preventative maintenance training is provided to the client or can be provided through a service agreement with webTriumph.
